A growing town of almost 19,000 residents, Sudbury has a deep history that dates back prior to colonization. Nipmuc Native Americans were indigenous to the land when the Town of Sudbury was incorporated in 1639. The town's residents participated in King Phillip's War and in the Revolutionary War. Today, Sudbury balances rural beauty with a growing suburban population.

Considered one of the best suburban communities to raise a family in the country, Wayland has approximately 14,000 residents. The town houses many urban professionals due to its idyllic landscape and proximity to Boston. Wayland boasts easily accessible entertainment, plentiful public lands, and one of the finest school systems in the state.

The city of Marlborough boasts a population of nearly 42,000 residents and is home to numerous businesses, stores, and restaurants. Once a prosperous industrial town in the 19th century, it has now transitioned to high-tech industry with significant presence from companies such as Boston Scientific and Raytheon.

Concord, a community of nearly 20,000 strong, is perhaps the most historic town in all of the Commonwealth. The first battle of the American Revolution started on its colonial roads. Today the battle that bares its name is commemorated by Minute Man National Historical Park. Additionally, Concord is a community of historic residences, preserved open spaces, family-owned farms, and two thriving commercial centers.
