Ravi has been the legislative aide and sole staffer for Rep. Gentile since April 2021. He arrived from a human services trade association, where he was a policy and communications associate. While there, Ravi advocated for better wages for human services workers as project manager for the organization's grassroots advocacy arm. Ravi previously worked as an intern for Rep. Gentile in the 190th Session. He grew up and continues to live in Sudbury, where he is the Chair of the Lincoln-Sudbury School Committee and Co-Chair of Sudbury Democratic Town Committee. Ravi received his B.A. from Brandeis University.

Gillian is a rising senior at Scripps College, pursuing a major in Politics and a minor in Economics. As a lifelong Lincoln resident, she is excited to work closely with Rep. Gentile in her home district. Through this internship, Gillian aims to further contribute to her community by engaging directly with constituents and supporting their needs. She is particularly interested in examining the effects of pesticide use on local populations, campaign reform, and exploring practical approaches to achieving environmental sustainability. Outside of her academic pursuits, Gillian is an avid skier and reader, and she enjoys any opportunity to be outdoors.
