H.3857 - An Act to provide retirement incentives in public higher education

What this bill does: H.3857 establishes and implements a retirement incentive for employees of state universities. An employee who elects to retire under this act will receive payment for accrued vacation time, buyback of pro-rated unused sick leave, and other benefits under the collective bargaining agreement or other employment contract.
